SUMMER LEAGUES WILL BE
TUESDAY (UPPER) AND THURSDAY (LOWER).
LEAGUES BEGIN WEEK OF JUNE 3rd
DEADLINE FOR ENTRY IS MAY 23rd BY ONLINE ENTRY FORM
ENTRY FEE IS $450 PLUS $60 Umpire Forfeit Deposit **
FOR A 16 GAME SEASON WITH DOUBLEHEADER FORMAT
ENTRY FEE INCLUDES ONE DOZEN BALLS
UMPIRE FEE OF $15 PER GAME IS NOT INCLUDED
ENTRY FEE IS DUE IN FULL AT COACHES MEETING TO BE HELD AT THE CHURCH AT BATTLECREEK (145th & the BA) AT
7:00 PM THURSDAY MAY 30th.
PLAYERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE MEMBERS, BUT ARE REQUIRED TO BE REGULAR ATTENDERS OF THE CHURCH THEY PLAY FOR.
PASTOR SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED ON ROSTER.
SOFTBALL AS A TOOL FOR OUTREACH IS ENCOURAGED.
MINIMUM AGE IS 16 (with parental consent)
**In an effort to offset mounting unpaid forfeit fees, a $60 Forfeit Fee Deposit has been added to the Entry Fee amount for all leagues. This must be paid in full along with the Entry Fee no later than the Coaches Meeting. Provided your team has no unpaid forfeit fees this fee may be refunded in full or rolled over to the next season of play.
Coaches with multiple teams must pay the full amount for each team entered.
